A new website to reflect ZAC Recruitment Ltd’s professional values
As a mature business, with over 16 years of experience, it’s easy to get complacent about your website. That’s why we asked Space Five Creative to take a look at our online presence, and help us to assess whether it was an accurate reflection of the professional values we wanted to present to the world. Just having a fresh pair of eyes on the website allowed us to think about what we wanted to say to our clients and candidates about ourselves, and before long we were clear that we needed a fresh image – a digital makeover – in order to speak clearly and articulately about the professional services we’re proud to offer.
People Are at The Heart of Our Recruitment Services
ZAC Recruitment Ltd provides ‘the right fit’ for clients in the Building Envelope sector of the construction industry who are looking for highly skilled professional candidates to fill permanent positions. Our recruitment process is highly personalised, placing great communication at the heart of all our interactions. We understand that creating the right job specification, and finding the candidate with appropriate skills, experience, and ambitions are key to maintaining long-term professional relationships for the business. Our new website needed to emphasise the ‘people-centred’ approach which differentiates us from so many other recruitment agencies; it needed to speak directly to visitors who were looking for the qualities we prioritise.
Working with a Professional Web Designer
Space Five Creative provide professional web designs, and uses Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to market the website to visitors searching for the services you provide. We began by talking about the business in detail, as preparation for design; there was an emphasis on the key phrases which define our services, and once these were clear, Space Five Creative could start making decisions about images, layout and structure. We were updated regularly on the design, and our approval was sought at each stage of development. The SEO process was woven into the design, using image tags, rich content, non-static elements such as client feedback, news updates, and key phrase utilisation across all components.
New Website, New Perspective
We’re delighted with the new website; we love the fresh, clean design, and we all feel a bit like we’ve been given a new set of rather smart clothes to move forward with. We’re seeing real results from the SEO, and we’ll certainly be looking to refresh our professional image regularly as we grow.
