The Specifics of the Construction Project Co-ordinator Role
Our client is looking for expertise and experience in the following:
- Technical and commercial validation of sales orders to ensure technically clean product orders.
- Managing effective on-time client delivery.
- Minimising risk and cost to the business on all orders.
- Maintainance of rigorous quality checking and share good practice.
- Clear, regular communications with clients on the progress of their orders.
The High Wycombe office is a fast-paced work environment where the ethos is customer-centred and deadline-driven. There is currently a high volume of work. The products are bespoke, and high value requiring acute attention to detail and a clear focus at all times. You will need to hit the ground running, and be prepared to work proactively to get the job done.
Experience and Education Required
Our client is looking for a candidate who will bring with them appropriate experience in the windows and doors industry. Ideally they will have worked in a customer service position, planning, estimating or co-ordinating product design. Confidence in the reading of GAD, elevation and interface drawings is also an essential attribute. Candidates who demonstrate a clear understanding of the construction industry will be particularly welcomed.
We would expect that candidates to have GCSE qualifications in English and Maths and – ideally – a diploma in a topic related to construction. It’s essential for anyone considering this role to be fully IT literate and experienced in the use of ERP and CRM systems.
