Design Manager Permanent

Our client who are a specialist sub-contractor within the Curtain Walling and Building Envelope industry are looking to recruit a Senior Designer/ Design Manager.
Due to growth, even during the lockdown, they are flat out with their design for new and ongoing projects.
The candidate will be given the opportunity to work from home with occasional visits to site and Head Office.
The location of the candidate is flexible but ideally within the following locations: Hants, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, West Midlands or Bedfordshire.
Ideally you will have a solid background as a Designer within the Curtain Walling industry or similar and be familiar with Autocad.
The Company Manufacture, Design and install and you will be involved with the design for the various Building Envelope Projects throughout the UK.
You will be responsible for managing external design resources.
This is a hands on role as well as managing others.
Required:
·Minimum 5 – 10 Years in a façade design and\or technical role.
·HND or Degree Level educated.
·AutoCAD 2d, 3d CAD preferably
·Microsoft Office Suite
·Microsoft Project
This is an excellent opportunity for a new design department that is looking to expand that can offer career progression.
Excellent Salaries are on offer dependent upon relevant experience. In the region of £40-60k + Car allowance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
