My client who work within the Building Envelope sector have a fantastic opportunity available for a Production Planner whose primary purpose will be to coordinate and plan all aspects of the production facility.
The role entails ensuring that all elements of the project are; accounted for, planned and monitored; that materials required are ordered and available; machine and assembly files are issued on time; as well as monitoring the completion of works along with people and resource/ machine management.
The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in Excel, have the ability to read and interpret drawings and work under pressure.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
Ability to read and interpret drawings

Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented and analytical in approach
Excellent communication skills and team player
Previous experience in the construction sector or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Experience in programming software such as Microsoft Project would be advantageous but not essential
A qualification in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline is an advantage but not essential
