Project Manager Permanent

Our client who work within the Commercial Roof Glazing industry are looking to recruit a Project Manager overseeing multiple projects in London and the South East region.
We are interested in professionals who have a background in managing commercial glazing installations to time and budget whilst ensuring compliance with customer, and adhering to health + safety + quality.

They provide bespoke architectural roof glazing and rooflights for prestigious projects located nationally, working closely with key main contractors, architects and consultants.
Types of projects include:
·Custom Designed Contemporary Glass Rooflights.
Traditional Patent Glazing for Heritage / Listed buildings such as museums and galleries.
Large Area Roof Glazing installations using high performance glazing systems such as Schüco & Raico.
Natural and Smoke Ventilation systems incorporated into the project designs.

Responsibilities:
·Taking full responsibility of project delivery from point of order to final handover.
·Attendance at Pre-start/Tender Meetings, ensuring contract scope is fully understood.
·Co-ordination of design and attending design meetings
·Ensuring pre-start surveys are completed and documented prior to site installation
·Ensure all Risk Assessments/Method statements RAMS and any contract lift plans are issued and agreed on due dates.
·Attending to any snagging issues from historic projects and be able to be hands on to investigate and rectify any issues

The ideal candidate will have relevant management experience within a specialist sub-contract industry, ideally within the Glazing industry.
Ideally you will have a valid SMSTS and experience of managing projects and contracts and familiar with MS office .

Salary will be depending on experience but in the region of £45k.
