Our client who work within the Curtain walling industry are looking to recruit a Technical Sales professional covering the London region.
Provide field technical specification support to London specifiers, creating compliant, cost effective solutions
Retain ownership of specifications. Follow specifications through to fruition – from specification to Dealer order, supporting local Architectural Advisor as necessary
Seek to engage with Clients and key façade Consultants in London to improve acceptance of our systems in this market.
Engage with main contractors in the region to ensure that we maintain conversion levels in line with targets set.
Effectively manage our relationship with the Dealers in the South East Region, ensuring that we have account plans updated as required to deliver revenues in line with the targets set.
Actively seek to engage with new Dealers in the region to maximize annual revenues.
Maintain constant review of order intake / project conversion and implement recovery plans in the event of a variance to budget.
Ensure that project opportunities are logged in Salesforce and constantly track to ensure we achieve the required order conversion ratio.
Support the Dealer Network nationally providing secure specifications. To help create business growth
Review Project Pipeline for London and the South East on a monthly basis with Regional Sales Manager
Minimum of 5 years Technical sales / Estimating experience in the curtain walling industry.
Strong technical/engineering background with the ability to understand geometrical shapes and designs and to offer product and project solutions
3 to 5 years experience is in the façade or associated industry. Specification sales experience will be a distinct advantage
Understanding of the supply chain in construction
Strong Influencing & negotiating skills
IT literate. CAD skills preferable
