The Challenges of the Project Manager Role in London
A proactive approach and leadership skills are two integral skills we would be requiring from candidates for this role. As Project Manager, you would be the primary contact with the client and you would be responsible for managing the successful delivery from sales hand over to sign-off at completion. You would be expected to bring experience in the efficient management of budgets, an understanding of Health and Safety legislation, and experience working with teams both large and small.
We would want candidates for the role of Project Manager to have appropriate qualifications, and at least three years’ experience working in the construction industry. Candidates would need to demonstrate a range of work in projects of different sizes, and have the communication skills which would enable them to manage teams of contractors, and sub-contractors on behalf of the client.
